Returns Policy
At XAVEN, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your fragrance, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
- The protective cellophane seal must remain intact.
- Used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Proof of purchase (order number and receipt) is required for all returns.
Exchanges Policy
Want a different scent? You can exchange unopened items for another fragrance of equal or greater value (paying the difference) within 14 days. If the new item is of lower value, the difference will be issued as a store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged bottle or the wrong fragrance, please contact us immediately at xavenbrand@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Return & Exchange Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer upon successful inspection of the returned item.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery within Egypt takes 3-5 business days. Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. Once the order has been dispatched, the Returns Policy will apply.
